CD Copy Protection Sucks

Now, just because I use Alchol 120% to emulate my CDs, any game running SafeDisc or Starforc won’t run because of the presence of the blacklisted drives. What’s up with that? Can’t I archive my game images for safe keeping? The last thing I want to do is dig through my pile of CDs just for one disc for a game which I’ll play for like 30 minutes! >=[
